About the Role

: As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to educate homeowners about changes in the insurance industry, roof storm damage, and maintenance. You'll offer our top-tier services as an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, "Engaging directly with homeowners through face- to-face interactions."

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with potential customers out in the community to understand their roofing needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Conduct roof inspections, identify storm damage, and provide video commentary for customers.
• Present roofing products and services in a compelling manner.
• Provide accurate estimates for roofing projects.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales.
• Maintain contact with customers throughout the project to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep records uploaded of your sales activities and project details with photos.

Qualifications

:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for engaging conversations. A big personality helps!
• Ambitious in pursuing personal goals with a meticulous approach to detail and follow-up.
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to assist customers in selecting the best options.
• Comfortable with door sale interactions and performing roof inspections.
• Capable of ascending ladders and at ease with working at elevated heights.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $86,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
