We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

• working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions
• Resolves customer complaints in a prompt and efficient manner to minimize customer inconvenience and maximize the companies business image with the customer.
• Offers comparison and choice shopping to customers by remaining aware of competitive trends in the automobile industry.
• secures financing arrangements in support of products and services needed.
• Assists the General Manager with advertising, promotional ideas and implementation of marketing programs.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
