Full description of the position

An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services to customers primarily through phone, email, or online channels, focusing on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and generating new customer opportunities. Key Responsibilities and Duties: * Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media and lead follow-up. * Customer Communication and Relationship Building: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, addressing their questions and concerns, and building rapport to foster trust and loyalty. * Sales Pitch and Closing: Presenting products or services effectively, highlighting their benefits, and using persuasive communication skills to close sales deals. * Sales Process Management: Following up with customers, managing leads, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from initial contact to final purchase. * Sales Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets and quotas. * Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data. * Product Knowledge: Staying informed about products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and needs. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as marketing sales and customer service, to ensure a positive customer experience. * Problem-Solving: Addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. * Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. * Social Media: Managing our drip marketing and social media campaigns.
