Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and referral acquisition strategies to promote Active Physical Therapy's services.
• Make phone and in person marketing visits to a wide variety of medical providers in order to gather patient referrals for physical therapy.
• Travel throughout your assigned territory on a regular basis for follow up visits and to acquire new medical referral opportunities.
• Present educational and marketing materials to area medical offices/referral sources.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain marketing reports and logs, including reports of completed medical office market calls, referral contacts/accounts, along with any other reports and duties, as directed by the Regional Manager.

Requirements

and Schedule

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing roles, particularly within healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Having established contacts and existing relationships with area medical offices is a plus.
• The Healthcare Marketing/Sales Rep needs to be self-motivated, be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• This position will be assigned to the region of suburban Maryland, with a schedule of Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM, travel time is included. Up to 75% of this position will include local travel.

• Annual Salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year
