In Home Exterior home improvement sales - Appointments provided Job description Overview - First year realistic $100,000 to $200,000, depending on your communication skills. Over 20 years in the business, we are Master Installers for GAF Energy, Pella and Provia Windows and Doors, Cool Life exteriors, Four Season Sunrooms. One call close - Average sale $22,000, 10% commission with over and under participation and monthly volume bonuses. An exciting opportunity for a solid six figure plus income. We need your talent. What do you need to possess to find success? You must enjoy the art of customer in person interaction. Communicating with enthusiasm, finding and asking great questions while taking a genuine interest, superb listening skills and the drive to earn $150,000 annually. This is a consultative sale, no pressure. You will build rapport, conduct a thorough inspection of the project, measure, educate our customers on the options available to them, calculate the project cost and close the sale.
