Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at BSC. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that enhance their document management processes. This position is essential for supporting our mission of optimizing efficiency for our clients. Responsibilities * Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and networking. * Analyze client needs and present suitable document management solutions. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. * Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services. * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a related industry. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to analyze client requirements and propose effective solutions. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
