Overview We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide exceptional Sales experience and drive sales. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive showroom experience while shopping for our products of wellness product such as hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and massage chairs Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. * Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible. * Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases. * Maintain a showroom to ensure smooth operations on the sales floor. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. * Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey product knowledge clearly. * Strong negotiation skills * Strong organizational skills for managing stock levels and maintaining an orderly sales environment. * Experience in supervising or mentoring others is a plus but not required. * Ability to upsell products confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively and negotiations Join us as a Retail Sales Associate, where your passion for customer service will help make the difference Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.94 - $15.19 per hour Ability to Commute: * Indianapolis, IN 46236 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Indianapolis, IN 46236: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
