Overview

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide exceptional Sales experience and drive sales. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive showroom experience while shopping for our products of wellness product such as hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and massage chairs

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
• Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases.
• Maintain a showroom to ensure smooth operations on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Skills
• Proven experience in retail sales with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey product knowledge clearly.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills for managing stock levels and maintaining an orderly sales environment.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring others is a plus but not required.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
