Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on direct sales in a B2B environment, utilizing your skills in lead generation and territory management to achieve sales targets and drive company growth. Leads wil be provided in additon Responsibilities * Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation strategies. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all potential leads and opportunities. * Collaborate with the inside sales team to align on strategies for maximizing sales efforts. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. * Track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on progress using CRM software. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. * Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities as needed. Requirements * Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong skills in lead generation and cold calling techniques. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients. * Ability to manage a territory effectively while prioritizing tasks efficiently. * Experience in inside sales or sales management is advantageous. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics.
