Key Responsibilities
: - Client Relationship Development: Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients within the residential sector, providing tailored HVAC solutions. - Consultative Sales Approach: Listen to clients' needs, conduct assessments, and offer the best HVAC products and services to meet their requirements. - Sales Strategies: Implement innovative sales strategies to increase sales pipeline and client base, optimizing results in a competitive market. - Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring clients receive exceptional service and value. - Follow-Up & Customer Service: Ensure post-sale satisfaction, maintaining ongoing relationships and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting HVAC systems.
Requirements
: - Experience: Proven sales experience in a related field, preferably HVAC or home improvement industries. - Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to persuade and influence customers. - Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems and their functionality; familiarity with local regulations is a plus. - Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and pursue leads aggressively.
