About the Role

This is a mandatory door-to-door leadership position. As a District Manager , you will be responsible for building, training, and leading high-performing local sales teams directly in the field. You'll set the standard for hustle, professionalism, and production--day in and day out. If you're looking to sit behind a desk, this role isn't for you. • Build and manage a team of door-to-door residential solar sales reps
• Personally knock doors daily and lead from the front--non-negotiable
• Recruit and onboard new team members with hands-on field training
• Develop and mentor team leads to multiply results and expand your district
• Hit aggressive sales targets and hold your team to a winning standard

Requirements

• 1+ year of door-to-door sales experience (solar preferred)
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into leadership
• Mandatory daily door-to-door presence--no exceptions
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
