ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and manage multiple customer accounts and achieve automation sales goals * Manage construction & renovation market for sales opportunities * Attend pre-bid meetings & site surveys for estimation details * Develop automation project scope, estimate, energy saving ROI, and proposals * Maintain CRM tracking MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS To best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following qualifications: * 3-5 years of recent automation sales / support experience preferred * Engineering / technical degree or equivalent experience preferred * Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred * Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred * Knowledge of commercial contractors, facility managers, owners, engineering firms, and general contractors preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
