• Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their insurance needs, from policy inquiries to claim resolutions
• Use your critical thinking skills to address complex situations and find solutions that meet customer needs
• Work alongside a motivated team of professionals, share ideas, and contribute to team success
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay ahead of industry trends and refine your skills

• Ability to assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively (Bilingual)
• Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (or able to get licensed within two weeks--we'll help you get there).
