Job Summary: DRIP FITNESS is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team and drive membership growth. In this role, you will take ownership of generating sales, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to exceed performance targets. You will ensure that each potential member experiences the value of DRIP FITNESS's services and is supported through the sales journey from lead generation to enrollment. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to inspire and lead a team. Responsibilities * Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure team success. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from initial inquiry through to membership enrollment and retention. * Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth, boost revenue, and enhance customer engagement. * Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new sales leads, while nurturing existing leads to convert them into active members. Actively engage with prospects through various channels, including calls, emails, and in-person consultations. * Customer Experience: Ensure prospective members are educated on DRIP FITNESS's programs, services, and unique offerings, leading to personalized membership solutions. * Track Performance & Provide Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on sales metrics to share with management. Use insights to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics. * Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new members and to maintain high levels of member satisfaction. * Promote DRIP FITNESS Culture: Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting DRIP FITNESS's values, goals, and mission, both within the team and in the community. Experience & Qualifications * Proven sales experience, ideally within the fitness industry or related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects and team members alike. * A deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, and a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities. * Passion for fitness and a desire to help others lead healthier lives. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Experience with CRM tools and other sales management software is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs and business goals.
