Overview

: As one of the leading kitchen and bathroom fixture wholesalers in Southern California, Duko is dedicated to providing quality Style Vanities, Stainless Steel and Ceramic Sinks, Faucets, and LED Mirrors to our contractor and retail customers at competitive prices. Duko is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and experienced Sales Assistant to optimize and maintain an efficient office working environment. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and the drive to work efficiently and expediently. Duties

:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and product quotes
• Maintain and develop customer relationships, promptly responding to inquiries and needs
• Manage and organize customer information, sales records, and orders
• Support in creating sales reports and tracking the completion of sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team on promotional activities and assist with customer follow-ups
• Provide additional administrative support to the sales team as needed Qualification:
• Associate's degree or higher; any major is acceptable
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales assistant or customer service role; experience in the kitchen and bath industry is a plus
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment In addition to the base salary, we also offer sales commissions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week
