POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing & Executive Assistant is responsible for executing marketing strategies, designing campaigns, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing the association's overall marketing programs. This individual also provides a wide range of supportive administrative services for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with minimum guidance, in a confidential manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Develop and lead brand marketing strategy. * Develop marketing materials and coordinate compatibility of marketing programs with public relations activities. * Assist in the preparation of long-term and short-term marketing plans and strategies. * Create and execute digital marketing campaigns. * Serve as first point of contact for outside PR firm. * Assists in editing, and maintaining the association website. * Develop social media accounts and create social media content to generate traffic/ interest, action, and response. * Write social posts and generate social media calendar. * Develop and edit forms, flyers and notices for various meetings and events as requested and needed. * Works directly with Public Relations Committee and Wishing Well for Maui Students as staff liaison. * Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including but not limited to: managing an active calendar of appointments and arranging travel arrangements. * Prepares nomination forms for the annual awards and organizes meetings for the REALTOR Broker of the Year and REALTOR Salesperson of the Year selection committees. * Support select committee chairs with the organization of fundraising events. * Accurate keeping of data and all information relevant to fundraising events. * Facilitates the REALTORS Presidential Scholarship review and selection process. * Attends the association general membership meetings and other special association events, assisting in set up, preparation and registration of the events. * Provides secretarial functions for taskforces and committees to include recording of minutes and notes, preparation of sign in sheets and agendas, notification of meetings and other duties as instructed by CEO and Public Relations chair. * Answer phone calls, handling situation whenever possible and/or forwarding to proper party. * Order office supplies as needed, coordinating with CEO. * All other duties as assigned by CEO. CHARACTERISTICS: * Two or more years of business-to-business marketing experience * Prior experience in advertising and project management required * Self-motivated, highly resourceful team player with a positive can-do attitude * An intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred * Background in or knowledge of real estate industry a plus * Possess excellent writing and communications skills * Create compelling content * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Professionalism * Able to remain calm under pressure * Good Problem-Solving Skills * Have the ability to work as a team player and function within a small office environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
