Business Developer / Sales Manager Orange Visuals - Columbus, OH (In-Person) Full-Time | $50,000 base + uncapped commission + profit sharing | Real Estate Media & Marketing About Us Orange Visuals is a fast-growing real estate media company helping realtors, builders, and developers elevate their brands through premium video, photography, and content strategy. From social video to full-service campaigns, we're building a new standard in real estate marketing. As we scale across Columbus and beyond, we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Developer & Sales Leader to help us grow from $45K/month to $2M+ in annual revenue--and beyond. About the Role We're looking for someone who's confident in the room, natural in conversation, and sharp enough to close deals and create long-term partnerships. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for driving new business through outreach, referrals, and events, while also managing inbound leads and guiding clients through our full-service experience. You'll work directly with the founder, general manager, and high-level clients including brokers, builders, lenders, and executives. This is not a sit-back-and-close role--we're looking for a proactive leader who wants to grow with the company, expand into new markets, and help shape how real estate content is sold and delivered. Responsibilities * Build and manage partnerships with realtors, brokers, builders, and other industry professionals * Lead discovery calls, present proposals, and close deals across all Orange Visuals offerings * Own the full sales process from first touch to post-project follow-up and upsell * Represent Orange Visuals at community events, open houses, client shoots, and networking opportunities * Stay top-of-mind with prospects and clients through thoughtful follow-ups and CRM management * Work closely with the founder and creative team to refine service offerings and outreach strategies * Track sales KPIs and report weekly insights to drive company growth * Collaborate on strategic deals with high-value clients, including developers and executive teams You 're a Great Fit If You * Have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account/client management * Thrive in relationship-driven industries (real estate, media, marketing, or similar) * Are confident speaking with high-level clients (CEOs, developers, brokers) * Are organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits * Enjoy being part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team where your ideas make a difference * Are comfortable being on camera and engaging with clients at events * Have a natural balance of warmth, assertiveness, and professionalism * Are based in Columbus, OH and excited to network locally Compensation & Perks * base salary + commission * Profit-sharing eligibility after ramp-up period * Performance-based bonuses and incentives * Paid time off and flexible hours * Full access to Orange Visuals' studio, content team, and creative resources * Mentorship and direct collaboration with the company founder * Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales * Exposure to high-level clients including executives, developers, and brokerage owners Location This is an in-person role based in Dublin, OH , with travel to local meetings, events, and shoots across Central Ohio.
