Your role involves driving profitable sales and overseeing installations. You'll generate leads, conduct home inspections, close deals, and ensure smooth process from start to finish. Responsibilities: * Generate leads through door-to-door sales, networking, cold calling, and other methods. * Schedule inspections, conduct property inspections and document damage. * Cultivate relationships with existing clients for repeat business. * Deliver sales presentations and demos to potential clients. * Collaborate with the sales team to meet goals. * Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. * Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of direct sales or contracting experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in MS Suite and Google Suite. * Comfort with heights and climbing ladders * Driver's license required and own car * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people. Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. * Vision adequate for reading and computer work * Capable of climbing ladders and working at heights Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year This commission-based position gives YOU the power to decide how much money you make, there is truly no limit.
