The primary role of the Outside Pre-Sales position is to be the first point of contact between the homeowner and the Sales Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Generate new business through managing territories and communicating directly with homeowners * Set daily appointments for salespeople to perform property inspections * Provide the highest level of service possible to each customer & ensuring confidentiality with all client information * Maintain effective communication with other employees and managers, both in the field and the office * Working territory correctly and efficiently (following systems & procedures) Position Requirements: * Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment * Reliable vehicle and smart phone * Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time, enjoying fresh air and sunshine * Valid driver's license * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are interested in spending the summer at Legacy and learning more about the industry of exterior restoration reach out to us at [please apply online].
