Our intelligent beverage machines enable restaurants to serve high-margin drinks such as fruit tea, lemonade, milk tea, coffee, and lattes with just one click, driving daily sales growth. About the Role We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Manager (Mandarin & English) to lead and drive MiMap's expansion in the restaurant industry. This role is responsible for developing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and overseeing regional sales activities in Chicago. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales and team leadership, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and experience working with Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), casual dining, or independent restaurants. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage sales efforts to establish and expand MiMap's presence in target markets. * Identify and build relationships with restaurant owners and key decision-makers to promote MiMap's smart beverage solutions. * Sell and negotiate machine placements, ensuring clients understand how MiMap's technology can enhance their beverage offerings and increase revenue. * Provide bilingual support (Mandarin & English) to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups and ensure a seamless sales process. * Develop and manage a regional sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and supply chain) to optimize the customer experience and sales strategy. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, leveraging insights to strengthen MiMap's market position. Qualifications * Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). * Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the restaurant industry or related fields (e.g., POS systems, equipment sales, payment solutions, or supply chain services). * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive sales performance. * Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with a track record of closing high-value deals. * Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Experience working with QSR, casual dining, or independent restaurants is a plus. * Based in Chicago (Hybrid).
