Commission Only Independent Sales Representative -Medical Equipment & Biomedical Services Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule | Unlimited Earning Potential About Us: Advantage Biomedical Services (ABS) is a trusted provider of biomedical equipment repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance services for hospitals, surgery centers, and clinics. In addition to our service offerings, we also sell and distribute high-quality refurbished medical equipment , including patient monitors, anesthesia machines, ESUs, contrast injectors, C-arms, infusion pumps, and more. Our mission is to provide cost- effective, reliable solutions to healthcare facilities while ensuring compliance with industry standards. We are looking for an Independent Medical Sales Representative to expand our market reach by building relationships with hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and surgery centers. This role offers a high commission structure with unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new sales opportunities within healthcare facilities. * Build and maintain relationships with clinical engineering teams, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers. * Promote and sell ABS's biomedical equipment services, including preventive maintenance, repair, calibration, and certification. * Sell and promote high-quality refurbished medical equipment to healthcare providers looking for affordable and reliable alternatives. * Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and present service and equipment offerings to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to generate revenue. * Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to offer tailored solutions. * Collaborate with the ABS team to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience in medical equipment, biomedical services, or healthcare-related industries. * Existing network of hospital decision-makers, biomedical engineers, and healthcare facility managers is a plus. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Experience in selling refurbished medical equipment and/or service contracts for biomedical equipment is highly preferred. * Reliable transportation to visit client sites within Northern California.
