This role involves various tasks, including assisting with vehicle management, maintaining cleanliness in designated areas, and supporting guest services. Responsibilities * Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. * Manage the parking and retrieval of vehicles, including valet parking services when necessary. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership or service area, including waiting rooms and restrooms. * Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Provide support to delivery drivers as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service. * Communicate effectively with team members and guests to address inquiries or concerns promptly. * Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance guest experience. Requirements * Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register is advantageous. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. * Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently is essential. * Experience in valet parking or dealership environments is a plus but not mandatory. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are crucial for success in this role.
