We get very deep into sales training, following up with appointments, handling customer service, and other front desk obligations. Here 's more of what the position entails * Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. * Maintain accurate records using established HF sales systems. * Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail sales, and more. * Working at our front desk includes answering phones and talking to members, among other tasks. * Giving studio tours. * Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first HF Workout. * Selling memberships to help the studio grow and change more lives. * Following up on prospective clients. * Handling members' concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution. * Participating in marketing and outreach events. * Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
