Indianapolis Roofing LLC is expanding! We are looking for a motivated, self- driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This is a commission-based role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to grow with a reputable, locally owned roofing company.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients from first contact through project completion
• Run scheduled repair appointments and inspections (roof leaks, storm damage, etc.)
• Conduct on-site hail damage inspections and basic diagnostic evaluations
• Climb and safely walk roofs to perform assessments and take documentation photos
• Work closely with project managers and crews to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide consistent communication and follow-up with customers throughout the process
• Help customers understand their repair/replacement options and assist with insurance claims when applicable
• Generate leads through company resources and self-generated referrals

Requirements

:

• Previous roofing, construction, or exterior home sales experience preferred
• Ability to safely climb and walk roofs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic understanding of storm restoration and insurance claims a plus Why Join Us?
