Job Title: Client Manager Location: Etna, Ohio Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Client Management Job Description: Client Manager to oversee and manage commercial remodel projects. Will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Handle projects from inception to completion, coordinating with clients to set scopes and project expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning & Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for remodel and construction projects. Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met. * Team Management: Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure all team members are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to perform their duties efficiently. * Budget Management: Estimating and bid preparation. Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, approve costs, and ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget. Manage invoicing and payments to vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Scheduling & Timelines: Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Address any delays or issues proactively and implement solutions to stay on track. * Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all work meets company quality standards, client expectations, and local building codes and regulations. Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Client Relations: Function as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage client expectations and resolve any disputes or issues that arise. * Risk Management: Identify potential risks, including safety hazards, project delays, and cost overruns. Develop mitigation plans to address these risks and ensure smooth project execution. * Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, change orders, and inspections. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients. Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on remodel and renovation projects, facility repairs, maintenance, special projects, or client roll out programs * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent * Skills: * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). * Proficiency with construction management software (Bluebeam, or similar). * In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. * Other: Travel to client locations for site visit surveys, meetings with clients. Must be able to work on-site as needed and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
