Job Summary Precision Lab is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our full range of laboratory testing services to healthcare providers, hospitals, specialty clinics, and other potential clients. We're seeking someone with a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within an assigned territory. Promote and sell Precision Lab's comprehensive laboratory testing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, office managers, and hospital administrators. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance targets. Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings. Provide regular updates, forecasts, and market insights to the leadership team. Skills Bachelor's degree in Business services. Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory testing is a plus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
