Sales Support-Hardscapes Seasonal Position POSITION DUTIES: * Support customer service and sales for Hardscapes customers including both retail and wholesale. This will include hardscapes design, product needs, estimating, product selections, invoicing, follow up, coordination of returns, and delivery coordination. * Assist in receiving and booking called-in orders. * Perform clerical support duties and record keeping for Hardscapes Sales, service and purchasing. * Visit job sites to help with customer questions, issues or training. Represent Bachman's Hardscapes at Trade Shows and other promoting services. * Perform other duties as directed. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong math skills. * Exceptional written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work as a team player. * Excellent customer service skills.
