COMPANY OVERVIEW: Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community. POSITION: The main focus of the Sales Associate is to represent Club Pilates to potential clients, bring new prospects/members in the door, and close sales (including memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail merchandise). Along with bringing in new prospects/members, the Sales Associate also focuses on retaining current members by providing stellar customer service. A fitness background is preferred but not required; candidates with a strong sales background are ideal. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training * Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system * Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday * Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email * Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Must have proficient computer skills RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close * Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants. * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training * Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system * Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production * Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider * Present available services to current or prospective members * Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota COMPENSATION & PERKS: * This position offers Hourly rates with the opportunity to make more based off Commission paid on sales. * Huge opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions Job Type: Part-time Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) * Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred) * Fitness Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Compensation package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Fitness: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In personResponsibilities: - Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify potential customers and target markets - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through excellent customer service - Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products or services - Conduct outside sales visits to meet with potential clients and present product offerings - Provide technical sales support to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns - Manage and grow key accounts through effective account management strategies - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports Experience: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or field - Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Previous experience in outside sales or technical sales is highly desirable - Familiarity with account management principles and practices - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
