At Panda Kitchen and Bath, we are expanding our team to align with our growing business. We're searching for a customer service account manager with a combined service and sales mindset. In this role, you'll need to assist new and existing customers visiting our showroom, ensuring that their sales orders and service experiences are met and exceed expectations. You'll need to be self-driven, highly independent, and have a passion for customer service and account development. Responsibilities: * Answer customers' questions about products and services. * Enter information, process orders, and calculate figures. * Gather information about customers and their needs. * Facilitate the problem-solving process between customers and other departments. Answer the phone, direct calls, and screen calls as appropriate. * Assist clients with their cabinet project designs using 20/20 design software (we will provide training). * Present wholesale cabinet inventory to new clients. Assist customers through the order process from their initial call to the post-sale follow-up. * Assist and follow the company's sales and business development strategy to meet its monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. * Comply with company standards and regulations. Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service and account management (cabinet industry preferred). * Driven mindset with a passion for customer service and account development. * Demonstration of dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all types of personalities. * Go-getter, self-starter, and team player. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Morning shift Ability to Commute: * Miami, FL 33166 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Miami, FL 33166: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
