ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Licensed Staff Agent/Account Representative for State Farm, Chris McCreery Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide information about insurance products and services. * Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. * Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions. * Market to and run sales appointments with existing customers and prospects QUALIFICATIONS: * Insurance Agency Experience Preferred * Indiana PC/LH Insurance License or ability to obtain License required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Experience in customer service or sales preferred. * Auto/Home/Commercial/Life insurance sales experience preferred.
