Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. * Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions and manage lead information effectively. * Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals. * Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to facilitate successful conversions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation and business development. Experience * Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or telemarketing is preferred. * Familiarity with business development practices and strategies is a plus. * Strong proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively. * Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * A background in customer service is beneficial for understanding client needs and building rapport.
