What You'll Do

As our Account Manager, you'll be the go-to point of contact for our clients. Your days will include:

• Ensuring client needs are understood and communicated effectively across departments
• Resolving issues with professionalism and urgency
• Driving new business through relationship building and upselling
• Coordinating with sales, media, and service teams to ensure deliverables are met
• Tracking budgets, contracts, and performance metrics
• Following up on service calls and sharing key insights to improve client satisfaction
• Supporting business development and attending on-site client visits as needed What We're Looking For
• 5-7 years in a construction-related customer service role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to travel as needed
