This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, setting appointments, and closing deals. • Prospect and generate your own leads through cold outreach, networking, and local marketing
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present our platform
• Run demos and handle the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Hit or exceed monthly sales targets
• Keep your HubSpot CRM fully updated with all prospect and pipeline activity
• Meet weekly with the CEO to review results, refine your pitch, and sharpen your strategy What We 're Looking For
• 1+ years of sales experience (bonus if B2B or SaaS)
• A hunter mentality --you're scrappy, self-starting, and driven by results
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Organized and self-managed--you know how to own your calendar and hit goals
• Willingness to learn the Human Capital Management (HCM) space
• Comfortable with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for meetings
