Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and organizing/training your sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working with others.

Responsibilities

: - Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs door-to-door to set appointment with customers -Develop a prospect/lead list. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers - Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets - Provide and maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments -Bilingual is PLUS! Experience: - Proven experience in outside sales or business development - Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer data - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals -Roofing Sales; Canvassing We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as professional development opportunities.
