We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. Compensation: $71,500 at plan earnings Responsibilities: * Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM * Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events * Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services * Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry * Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory Qualifications: * Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role * We prefer if you have a bachelor's degree or high school school diploma * Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle * Should have working knowledge of a CRM About Company Upright Roofing and Construction is hiring roofing sales/project managers to join our team.
