Job Summary We are a FBA warehousing and freight company. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective product demonstrations and upselling techniques. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities. * Operate cash registers accurately, processing transactions efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping experience. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Experience with product demos and upselling techniques is a plus. * Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous but not required. * Ability to supervise others and work collaboratively within a team environment. * Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
