Compensation: $115,500 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Identify and leverage business opportunities to expand the clientele in the luxury real estate market of Long Beach, CA. * Effectively manage leads by actively seeking, handling, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries to promptly convert them into appointments, ensuring timely customer responses. * Maintain a well-organized database of potential and past clients, ensuring all lead information is current and up-to-date. * Engage with prospects through various communication channels like emails and phone calls to nurture them through the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads. * Deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team, showcasing progress toward achieving company objectives.
