The Role: Design Sales Consultant We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking professional to join our team and elevate our customer experience. This is your chance to work with some of the most creative minds in the industry-- architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners--and contribute to beautiful, inspiring projects. Responsibilities: * Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering phone calls and providing top-notch customer service. * Process orders and billing with accuracy and efficiency. * Maintain a beautifully organized and inviting showroom space. * Collaborate with our clients--including interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors--to nurture relationships and provide personalized solutions. * Create and deliver regular reports to keep management informed about sales pipelines and customer inquiries. * Provide design guidance and expertise to help clients make informed decisions. What We 're Looking For: * Experience: 2+ years in sales or design-related fields, preferably within the interior design or building industry. * Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications. * QuickBooks: Knowledge is highly preferred. * Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. * Education: High school diploma required. * Attitude: A team player with an energetic personality, a passion for design, and a strong work ethic. * Values: Excellence, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are a must.
