Key Responsibilities: * Sales Leadership: * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to enhance performance and customer service. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. * Inventory Specialist: * Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess. * Collaborate with suppliers to manage orders and maintain strong relationships. * Implement best practices for inventory control and reporting. * Customer Engagement: * Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Utilize feedback to improve service offerings and sales strategies. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in sales and inventory management, preferably in the retail or electronics sector. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
