Responsibilities: * Protect the interests of the Company and profitably grow the business. * Maintain and update all Company policies to ensure compliance. * Customer service and sales at drive up window. * actively participate in weekly meetings with Team Leaders to address various operational aspects including sales, promotions, and staff-related matters. * Ensure the work schedule aligns with projected sales and business needs. * Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained business environment. * Conduct monthly unit inspections and address any maintenance concerns. * Investigate and resolve Member/Guest-related complaints, prioritizing exceptional service delivery. * Manage POS and computer-related systems tasks efficiently. * Perform any additional tasks that benefit the company and enhance the Member/Guest experience. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience required. * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in POS and computer systems. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
