Job description Sales Representative Sparta Sales is expanding our team in Indianapolis and we are seeking motivated and professional Sales Representatives! We are a marketing and professional fundraising company that has spent the last 10 years building and nurturing strong relationships with some of the biggest non-profits in North America and the world. With bonuses being uncapped! * Team building events and optional travel if desired Qualifications and Desired Skills: * Must be able work Wednesday to Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm * Results-driven with a strong work ethic * Willingness to develop new skills and demonstrate a growth mindset * Energetic, outgoing, and possess excellent customer service skills * Strong listening and communication skills, professional manner, good attitude, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced, ever changing work environment * Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is an asset, but not required Responsibilities: * Acquire new donors through face to face meetings * Update client database with accurate customer profiles * Perform basic administrative duties * Seek out and engage with potential prospects * Attend daily board meetings * Develop creative marketing strategy on behalf of client campaigns * Maintain relationships with existing donors * Process gifts of various amounts If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
