Job description Sales Representative Sparta Sales is expanding our team in Indianapolis and we are seeking motivated and professional Sales Representatives! We are a marketing and professional fundraising company that has spent the last 10 years building and nurturing strong relationships with some of the biggest non-profits in North America and the world. Qualifications

and Desired Skills:

• Must be able work Wednesday to Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to develop new skills and demonstrate a growth mindset
• Energetic, outgoing, and possess excellent customer service skills
• Strong listening and communication skills, professional manner, good attitude, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

:

• Acquire new donors through face to face meetings
• Update client database with accurate customer profiles
• Perform basic administrative duties
• Seek out and engage with potential prospects
• Attend daily board meetings
• Develop creative marketing strategy on behalf of client campaigns
• Maintain relationships with existing donors
