We are the number one company in our marketplace and we are looking for a full time Sales Support Specialist. The candidate must be detail oriented, possess outstanding communication skills, like a fast paced environment, creative, outgoing, and an extrovert. The Sales Support Specialist's job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Actively manage incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls
• Order processing and tracking
• Complete internal documents as needed
• Follow up with customers to obtain information
• Coordinate quotes and order activities with clients
• Contacting clients for approvals, additional order instructions and sign offs
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward both internal and external customers.
• Provide internal support to assigned Sales Rep regarding any customer problems, complains, or requests.
• Track orders/trace deliveries that customers have not received to determine status of order and expected time arrival.
• Other projects and job duties as assigned. Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience in office environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Must be a creative self starter with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Focused attention to detail, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Microsoft Great Plains
• Sales Force
• Quotewerks
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite helpful
• Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines The position will be based out of our Corona office. The company also offers a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, and sick time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
