The Broker Assistant keeps our offices running smoothly, our brokers efficient, and our customers' questions answered. Responsibilities Include: * Checking daily trading activity to ensure completeness and accuracy. * Communicating trade activity to customers. * Inputting orders and reconciling trade activity. * Proactive and reactive phone calls and communication to farmer customers. * Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials About You : The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: * Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Broader experience with Excel is a plus. * Proven high attention to detail. Accounting or Office Management experience is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Associate or Bachelors degree preferred. * Enjoys supporting others' work in a team-based environment.
