We are looking for a motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, and closing sales. You will help build strong customer relationships and contribute to the dealership's success through excellent service and communication. Key Responsibilities * Understand and effectively present vehicle features, capabilities, and competitive advantages * Engage with potential buyers through in-person visits, phone, and online inquiries * Qualify buyers and match them with appropriate vehicles based on needs and preferences * Conduct test drives and explain warranty, financing, and service options * Close sales through negotiation and completing required paperwork * Maintain customer relationships and follow up with previous buyers * Participate in promotions, sales campaigns, and community events * Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends * Provide accurate sales reports and feedback to management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Application Question(s): * Are you willing to work weekends?
