PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING SET SCHEDULE We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Membership Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our membership base by connecting with potential members, building relationships, and providing personalized fitness solutions. A key part of your role will involve community outreach to actively generate leads and promote la fitness in your local area. Responsibilities * Actively generate leads by engaging with prospective members both in club and out in the community. * Conduct facility tours to highlight amenities and services. * Build relationships with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend tailored membership options. * Participate in outreach activities, such as visiting local businesses, events, and community gatherings to promote LA Fitness. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and pricing. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all members. * Collaborate with team members to support overall club success.
