Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a position within a medical clinic and in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and ensuring a positive medical clinic experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for heath, and the ability to work effectively. Responsibilities * Checkin patients in the clinic * Call leads to convert them into clients. . * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. * Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to provide informed recommendations. * Ensure that the clinic is organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Assist in training and supervising new staff members as needed. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management. * Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone. * Ability to learn new skills - talking vital signs and charting in patient records will be needed. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred * Prior experience in medical terminology is highly preferred. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. * A team player who is willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
