Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a position within a medical clinic and in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and ensuring a positive medical clinic experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for heath, and the ability to work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Checkin patients in the clinic
• Call leads to convert them into clients. .
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to provide informed recommendations.
• Ensure that the clinic is organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist in training and supervising new staff members as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone.
• Ability to learn new skills - talking vital signs and charting in patient records will be needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
• Prior experience in medical terminology is highly preferred.
