Essential Functions & Responsibilities: * Ask customers to describe problem in detail * Capture customers name, contact detail, vin, unit # and location * Dedicate parking spot * Make sure keys are tagged * Open R/OVerify vehicle serviced needed o Write up driver complaint, verify if necessary o Assign times to jobs, allocate appropriate time to check and advise o Create separate operation for each condition * Contact customer for repair authorizations and document it * Add and update conditions as informed by Lead Tech or Foreman * Inform customers of completed repair and record on R/O * Answer customer phone calls and emails in a timely manner * Close repair orders as appropriate * Check the progress of repairs throughout the day and advise customer of target completion * Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance * Pay close attention to detail * Exhibit strong customer service skills * Demonstrate solid organizational skills Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of Semi-Trucks dealership required as a Service Advisor * Must have Fullbay or Mitchell Manager SE experience * Must have Mechanical Knowledge and understand the repairs and their times * Must have body parts and basic procedures knowledge * Extra multitasking skills and staying organized is required * Perfect Attendance is a must * Able to lift 30 pounds Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour Ability to Commute: * Indianapolis, IN 46217 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
