Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. * Provide knowledgeable information about merchandise and promotions. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. * Assist in organizing product displays to maximize sales potential. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Perform basic retail math calculations for inventory and sales tracking. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling strategies. * Experience operating POS systems. * Ability to supervise stock levels and maintain organization within the store. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
