Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to sell Safe or Die merchandise to individuals, businesses, schools, nonprofits, and trade professionals.
• Identify and pursue new customer segments and markets through innovative sales approaches.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and brand storytelling sessions.
• Represent the Safe or Die brand at trade shows, pop-up events, school assemblies, and community fairs.
• Exceed monthly sales goals by leveraging both personal initiative and company support.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and community influencers to promote long-term growth.
• Deliver outstanding customer service--before, during, and after the sale.
• Track and report on sales trends, customer feedback, and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to share insights, align messaging, and ensure seamless order delivery.
• Act as a brand ambassador--confidently wearing and sharing the mission of Safe or Die wherever you go.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in outside sales, retail, merchandising, or lifestyle branding preferred.
• Background in construction, safety, action sports, or streetwear culture is a bonus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Charisma and confidence when meeting new people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.
• Organized with a sharp eye for detail.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Adaptable, resilient, and willing to learn.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout your territory and occasionally beyond.
